Therapeutic Art Sessions

Creative Minds Project aims to support children and Young People with their mental health and other issues that they may be experiencing. This is done through building a Creative Diary.
Creative Diary
A Creative Diary is essentially a book that children and young people will develop with their Therapeutic Art Mentor. It will include helpful strategies to support them to manage their feelings and will also be used for free creative expression of the child or young person.

The individual will then get to keep this Creative Diary once the sessions have ended, so they are able to refer back to it when needed and continue to add to it as they wish.
Wellbeing Tool
Each individual will complete a wellbeing tool during their first session and again in the last session. This is done through the child or Young Person answering questions about how they're feeling. The results show whether the child or young person feels the service has been helpful to them.
An evaluation form will then be completed to reflect the results and sent to the referrer.
